1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, accounts, and IPTV-related services provided by MogaIptv.com (trading as MogaIptv) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3. Scope of Service (What We Provide)
We provide: (a) access to lawful IPTV subscription plans offered by or through authorised providers; (b) compatibility information for third-party IPTV player apps (e.g., Android/Android TV, iOS/tvOS, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen, Fire TV, MAG/Enigma2); and (c) device setup guides and troubleshooting resources.
Important: We do not own, sell, or maintain third-party apps or hardware. Any references are informational only. Specific channels, programmes, bitrates, resolutions, and third-party platforms are not guaranteed and may change.
4. Accounts, Eligibility & Access
- You must be 18+ and legally able to contract.
- You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- Plans may include device or concurrent stream limits. If not specified, the default is one (1) concurrent stream per account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
- No infringement: Do not access, record, restream, share, or use content in ways that infringe copyrights or other IP rights.
- No circumvention: Do not bypass geo-blocking, DRM, or territorial licensing restrictions.
- Private/home use only: No public performance or commercial venue use.
- No resale or credential sharing: Do not sell, trade, or share your access.
- No abuse: Do not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or network-disruptive behaviour.
6. Fair Use
To protect service quality, we may apply reasonable usage thresholds (e.g., persistent 24/7 streaming, excessive IP/device switching, automated requests). We may contact you to resolve anomalies, temporarily restrict access, adjust your plan, or—if persistent—suspend/terminate access as per Section 13.
7. Content Rights & No Facilitation of Infringing Content
We provide only content we or our upstream providers are authorised to distribute in your territory. We neither host nor facilitate access to unlicensed or infringing content. We may geo-restrict, modify, or remove content to comply with contracts and law. Suspected infringement or misuse may lead to immediate suspension or termination.
8. Service Levels, Uptime & Support (SLA)
- Target uptime: 99.5% monthly (best-effort), excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, upstream/ISP/backbone issues, DDoS, app store removals, or third-party platform failures.
- Maintenance: We aim to notify at least 24 hours in advance where feasible.
- Support response windows (business hours): Standard tickets: first response within 24 hours. Critical availability incidents: first response within 4 hours. Resolution is best-effort and depends on issue complexity and third-party factors.
- Service credits (sole remedy for downtime): If our platform’s monthly uptime falls below 99.5%, you may request a credit equal to 1% of your monthly fee for each 1% below 99.5%, capped at 25%.
9. Plans, Billing, Renewals & VAT
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- Prices are in EUR and may include Irish VAT where applicable.
- Chargebacks for valid deliveries may result in suspension pending resolution.
10. Trials, Refunds & EU Digital Content
Digital content is supplied immediately after activation. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once delivery begins (per the EU Consumer Rights Directive). If we cannot activate your service within a reasonable period (e.g., 48 hours) due to our fault, you may request a full refund. Other refunds are discretionary and, if granted, may be issued as service credits unless required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials on our website and within the Services (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to MOGAIPTV LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee any specific channel, programme, device/app compatibility, resolution, or bitrate. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MOGAIPTV LLC and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
15. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach, unlawful use, suspected infringement, or to comply with law or court orders.
- You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
16. Third-Party Apps, Devices & Links
References to third-party apps, devices, stores, or websites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies. Use them under their own terms and licences.
17. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data under GDPR and Irish law.
18. Changes to the Services or these Terms
We may modify the Services or update these Terms to reflect technical, legal, or business changes. We will post updates here and update the “Last updated” date; material changes will be notified by reasonable means. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The courts of Dublin, Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you hold.
